Our Story

Dentistry with Heart & Community Care

Founded in 2020, Total Smiles Of Leland was created to expand access to quality dental care for underserved and rural communities. Many of our patients face financial limitations, dental anxiety, or lack access to consistent dental providers. Our practice was built specifically to remove those barriers.

As our community has grown, so has our practice. We have expanded our hygiene team, added an associate dentist, and partnered with Cape Fear Orthodontics to better meet the evolving needs of our patients, while staying grounded in compassionate, patient-first care.
